Halloween Weekend

We had a very busy weekend with a couple of guests. On Thursday, Sally (Todd's sister) and Johnny (Todd's best friend) came in town to play for the weekend. We had such a nice time with both of them. The above shot was from Saturday night when we went to Johnny's sister's house. Johnny's parents cooked us dinner while the kids played outside. Zoe not only played with Drew, Johnny's nephew, she also got some lovin in and some tackling. Todd said Zoe at one point just ran into Drew and tackled him to the ground and just loved all over him. Luckily, he didn't seem phased by the moves.On Sunday, we went to the Zoo for, "Boo at the Zoo." We went last year as well, but in the afternoon. Apparently it is better to go in the morning. All of the animals were much more friendly and active. It was a lot of fun.

Zoe did an amazing job. She rode in her stroller for a bit and then got out so she could run around. She really did wonderfully!!! If you can't tell, she was a witch with a tutu. She wouldn't wear the hat at the Zoo, so it's kind of hard to tell.

We had a really nice time. On Halloween, we went to the neighborhood party for a bit and then Zoe went and, "Trick or treated" at Mimi Nancey's and Pop's. I stayed back to get dinner together, but Todd said she had a great time.

This last picture is my favorite picture from the whole weekend. We finally got her to put her hat on so she really looked like a witch!!
