Wake up call

Carter has learned a number of wonderful habits from my parents dog Buster and this just happens to be the latest.

Mommy gets her hair cut

I decided to get my hair cut. I had 7 inches cut off this last Saturday!!! It has made the last week so much easier. I think I've actually dried my hair a couple of times this week instead of just throwing it up wet!!!I know these pictures don't focus on my hair, but I think you get the point!

Sleeping with Mommy

Everyday I work very hard on trying to get Zoe to nap from 5 to 6pm so that she is happy to see her daddy when he comes home. Some days it goes beautifully, and some days it is really hard. I don't really remember if this was a good day or a bad day, but I'm assuming since she's sleeping in my arms, it must have been a bad day!!

Hanging out

These aren't the best pictures, but Zoe got a new musical toy that she gets to kick with her feet and play some great music. When she kicks it hard enough, the music starts up and the lights go off. She seems to really enjoy it!I just took some random pictures today of her hanging out on our bed.
Just in case you can't tell in the pictures, Zoe still has blue eyes!!!!

3 months old

Zoe turned 3 months old yesterday. Can you believe it? Todd and I both feel like all of this started yesterday. She is an amazing kiddo!! Johnny, Todd's best friend from childhood, is Zoe's Godfather. He lives in Jacksonville, Florida and just happened to be in town the day she was born and the day that she turned 3 months. I think he plans these visits around his sweet goddaughter!!

These are just a couple of pictures of her playing today. She is really into a couple of her toys, one in particular. It has a number of different textures on it and she found that they feel fun in her mouth.

Zoe finds herself

Todd and Zoe spent the weekend together becuase I had to write a paper and study for a test. When I had a moment, I'd catch some pictures of the two of them.The rest of these are of her looking at herself in the mirror. This is her new talent. It's quite cute. She giggles and cooes at herself.
